I work as a producer, songwriter, A&R manager and musician.

 

 

 

 

 

Has worked as an A&R manager for EMI, BMG-SONY and held a position as head of A&R at Metronome-Replay records.

In 1998 I signed a worldwide publishing deal with Warner-Chappell Music.

I have songs recorded by legendary Irish singer and three times winner of the EUROVISION SONG CONTEST, JOHNNY LOGAN (Sony Music) and CAROLA – a Swedish multi platinum recording artist. Also Swedish artist MAGNUS has covered one of my songs in Dec.01.

Got my first cut on a Warner signing in Australia. Local POPSTARS winner SCOTT CAIN has covered “Gotta Get You Back” – co-written by Cosgrove & Clarke (writers of “CRUSH” for Jennifer Paige) and Danish artist and songwriter Daniel.

Spend 7 months in Stockholm (oct – may 2004) writing songs which Swedish collaborators.

GOT MY FIRST US CUT! latin artist ALIH JEY (Universal Latino) is covering a song “Tu Canción Feliz” written by me, Jodi Marr and BEE GEE´s house-engineer and bassplayer John Merchant. The song was written during a writing trip to Miami. Released Sep. 2004.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

THE FIRST CUT IN JAPAN is a reality! released in Sep 2004. Japaneese superstar BoA has recorded a song co-written by me. Japaneese title is QUINCY. The album went TOP 5 on the Original Domestic Chart in October 2004 with 50.000 copies sold the first week.
IT´S A FACT! the album has reached NO 1 in Japan and has sold over a million copies. The single has sold 400.000 copies.
I received a Grammy for an “outstanding achievement”, shown on Danish Television.

Wrote “Holding Back The Tears” with co-writer Peter Malmrup for korean boyband VACATION in 2006.

The korean girl group GIRLS´GENERATION covered the song “Complete” written by Ingrid Skretting and me in 2007.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Me and Peter Malmrup also wrote “If I Can´t Love You” which is on the SMOKIE album “Take A Minute”   from 2010, released in countries stretching from Germany to Australia.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In 2010 I went to Tokyo for two weeks on a writing trip organized by Lars Sjelle from Warner-Chappell Music Denmark and Kenichi Seki from NICHION Japan, and wrote several songs with local songwriters. Currently we have songs on hold in Japan and China.

Same year a song written by me and my Norwegian collaborater Steinar Storm, was recorded by three different acts in the Scandinavian countries, and in 2011 we hit number 1 on the Danish chart with a song placed on a Danish album. Also in 2011 a Swedish colleague – Anders Borgius – and me, wrote a Christmas song which is out on a Christmas album released through EMI in Denmark.
